We have just had the best honeymoon at So Luxxe Villas. The entire experience was planned out for us by the amazing staff, Natalie Carter was the best from the start. She took the time to meet with us and understand what type of holiday we wanted. She set to work and planned us an amazing itinerary which was easy to understand and was exciting with all of the things that we wanted to do with the right amount of relaxation shopping together time sightseeing and culture. My husband had never been before so for this to be his first trip exceeded our expectations. The service was 11 out of 10 we knew exactly when we were flying. Our visas were done for us. All of our travel documents were prepared in a very professional wallet. We breeze through customs both times thanks to Natalie’s advice. She checked in on us every step of the way to make sure that we were catered for A driver made contact with us well before our trip and then just before picking us up from the airport. On arrival our bed had the most beautiful rose petals arranged on it, we had welcome drinks and a beautiful big bunch of flowers. We were then organised a massage and dinner in the villa by our very thoughtful driver. Everything was so thought out. As for our transfers and planned experiences, Mully Katut was nothing less than exceptional as a Tour guide driver and a great guy to hang around with and chat to. Nothing was too much of a problem for him and his Cheery disposition had us in good spirits throughout the whole trip Lots of laughs Mully knew everybody and was respected by everybody we stopped to visit. He got to the front of the line waited patiently gave us extra information even when we went to the waterfalls. He did some drone footage for us. When we were too tired to walk back up the steep hill, he organised scooters for us straight away One of the mornings I really wanted a coffee and in the middle of our trip out to the volcano he did a detour to the best coffee place I’ve ever been to , then I mentioned that we liked Honey in the next minute we were visiting a beautiful honey Farm drinking a bright violet drink and being taught about the local honeybees. My husband really loves pork belly and he took us to the Best pork belly restaurant, he also arranged a beautiful seafood dinner on the beach with his friend that owned the restaurant. The villa is so close to everything yet it’s so tranquil as it’s set back from the main road And not too busy that you can’t take a stroll up and down the street Stepping out onto the road from the villa, you have a chemist, trustworthy money exchange, several beautiful cafes and a great set of restaurants. There is a laundromat in the next street which we used twice and I’ve come home with no washing to do! There’s even several shops with gifts and souvenirs dress boutiques and Massage all within 500 m The Villa itself is massive clean and has everything that you possibly need Each day the Cleaning staff may contact to ask which the best time was to come and clean and every day they folded all of our linen remade the beds and cleaned the entire villa The pool was beautiful and so nice for us to have our own private space to swim One of the nights we had a private chef arranged and it was handsdown one of the best meals that we’ve both had in a very long time Then the next morning we had a breakfast cooked for us in the villa, which was as equally as amazing. We can’t thank Natalie Carter enough for all of her hard work putting together our honeymoon that we will never forget For all of the extras that she planned in the fantastic stuff that she has sourced to make this villa a sensational place to go when visiting Bali. We are already planning our next trip to the villa and will take the children this time as we would love to for them to experience what we just had. Thanks again team So Luxxe !!!

Our experience with so Luxxe was amazing. Nat is super attentive and has an eye for detail - thinking of things that didn’t even cross my mind. She made our family trip super smooth and took a weight off of my shoulders. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to travel!
